Everything was wonderful, I really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping team was very attentive. Special thanks to Igor and Maria – you made our stay even better! Other than that, everything was perfect!

The room was modern and had most things required for a comfortable stay. Lovely view and nice balcony. We stayed in the winter. Heater worked well. Hot water was good.

I had a fantastic stay at Vaya Suites in Crete. The room was spotless, beautifully equipped, and the jacuzzi was an extra treat that made the experience even more special. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming — a real standout. Marina at reception made me feel so at home both times I visited, which truly added to the experience. I also enjoyed the breakfast at their sister hotel nearby — a great selection and a lovely way to start the day. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Its a really beautiful complex and for me the most important thing was also the outside gym. The two sister hotels offer a breakfast and they are a lovely 2 and 7 minute walk only. You can also lay by the pool of the other two hotels as vaya suites offer only a jacuzzi - which is a perfect addition because the sea is really cold.

The property was in a great location, large supermarket near by, beach across the road and bus to airport right out front. Very nice accommodation - young girl in front desk who worked afternoon shift very nice.

The location is great, walking distance from the beach and local shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and a short drive to the city centre. Staff are very helpful and during a local power cut, they immediately relocated me to another hotel. I didn't use the jacuzzi but I did use the fireplace which made a big difference. Sitting on the balcony and having my morning coffee was a great start for the day.

Lovely suite with jacuzzi - spotlessly clean and very comfortable Staff were exceptional, especially the 2 ladies and the gentleman receptionists - so pleasant and helpful. Staff at the 2 lovely sister hotels were also pleasant and helpful

Very beautiful, new and modern hotel property. Every detail of the room is exceptionally designed, from the light fixtures, to the private outdoor hot tub. It's conveniently located, about 5 min walk directly to the beach. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom has an awesome shower. On top of it all, the staff is really warm and friendly.
